Individual sessions are offered and are intended to help you understand yourself in ways that provide clarity to things that are not clear at the moment. Counseling may assist you with working towards setting and achieving your personal goals, building self-esteem and improving many other aspects of your life. Together we will work to identify barriers in your life and cultivate a treatment plan to help achieve restoration, healing and progress. I have been assisting individuals and families for over 7.5 years and I have dealt with all types of stressors and provide a safe space by meeting clients where they are while keeping in mind where they are wanting to go so that we can work together to get to the desired goal in mind.

About Quenetta
Meet Quenetta, a proud North Carolina native who embarked on a journey into counseling in her late 20s fueled by a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact as a counselor. For her, counseling represents more than a profession—it's a genuine commitment to providing support and guidance to individuals navigating hardships, confusion, and life's diverse transitions. Quenetta considers it a profound privilege to work collaboratively with people from various backgrounds, guiding them towards greater fulfillment, enhanced mental wellness, and meaningful personal growth. In each interaction, she brings passion, empathy, and a dedication to fostering positive change in the lives of those she has the privilege to serve.

Quenetta is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health counselor, that has a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a graduate certificate in Addictions Counseling and is a certified 200 hour yoga instructor. Notably, Quenetta is currently enrolled in a counseling Ph.D. program, where her research focuses on the intersection of race and mental health. Specifically, her work delves into the experiences of Black women, exploring the nuanced relationships between anxiety, depression, and the unique challenges they may face. This academic pursuit reflects Quenetta's commitment to advancing the understanding of mental health issues within diverse communities and contributing to meaningful solutions.
